About
I am a storyteller.
The truth is we all are!​ I challenge you to go even one day without telling and hearing at least one story, even if you spend that day all alone.
It's an art as old as the human race, where stories can wield tremendous power.
Born in Scotland , now based in Israel, I'm a filmmaker, writer, content creator and activist.

I have also held senior positions in the corporate world focused, on what I refer to as the "three Cs", Creative, Content & Communications, telling stories to consumers and corporates alike. At the end of the day, it's all about people.
​
Naturally curious, I am intrigued by people, the who, what, where, why, when and how, in all its marvel.
Living in Israel, I consider myself a Jew of "circumstance", a questioning Jew, and as a pragmatic Zionist, a whole other conversation I guess..

What I'm Up to
These days, much of my focus is on Israel, the Middle East conflict, and the Jewish world across the globe.
October 7th and its aftermath has had a profound effect, and brought me to reassess my priorities.

In addition to my creative pursuits and corporate adventures, I have a history of activism, advocating for a Jewish and democratic Israel, writing and speaking on the topic across multiple platforms and forums. I employ my experience, knowledge and expertise to tell Israel’s story to the world. I endeavour to inform, educate and even entertain, while countering disinformation, false narratives, anti-Israel bias and growing anti Semitism.
As a filmmaker I can engage international audiences on an emotional and relatable manner, telling intimate human stories, revealing life as it truly is for Israelis and Jews.
As a writer I have the ability to inform, educate and to counter the plethora of disinformation and false narratives that have led to, what can only be described as a pandemic of modern day anti-Semitism in the guise of anti-Zionism, the greatest rise in Jew hatred since WW2.
As an activist I am involved in initiatives to counter bias, false narratives, misreporting and anti-Semitism in the media, be it out on the streets, online, or in debate with those spreading lies and propaganda against Israel and against the Jews.
My lectures and public speaking provide the opportunity to inform and educate, and at the same engage with alternative ideas and perspectives. I talk about how, and why Israel is perceived in the wider world. I stress the importance of story telling, while providing examples. People walk away with greater knowledge, along with practical tools to help them engage on whatever level that may be.

In my corporate activity, I leverage my significant experience, both in house and as a consultant. I lecture and consult to companies and organisations on Storytelling, Content, Creative, & Communications, from strategy through execution.
